The project involved investigating and deploying a ticketing solution (Zendesk) that was best aligned with the company goals. The departments involved included: IT, HR, Payroll, Background Checks, Medical Clearance, and Education/Training.

The project involved providing training and educational material company wide in order to enforce phishing attack awareness. The implementation of an easy method for those to submit potential phishing attacks via our ticketing system.

The project involved pulling reports from Netsuite and displaying them in a user friendly manner through Google Sheets. A total of 13 Dashboards were created, including one Main Dashboard, providing management the ability to compare sales in an overview or by individuals.
